- pan on medium heat.
- add 1Tbs of olive oil.
- Cook onions, peppers, garlic, & mushrooms until soft.
- add 1Tbs olive oil and Cook ground turkey on med high until only slightly pink.
- add spices to meat and add stock.
- add chillies and Cook until slight boil.
- combine flour and water until forming a slightly thickened.
- Add flour mixture to chilli and stir until boiling.
- Turn flame down & simmer for a min of 15 mins.
- add 1/2 can of evaporated milk.
- serve over rice with cheddar cheese & garnished with sour cream.
