This classic Filipino noodle is easy to make and can be put using simple ingredients. This Pancit Bihon dish consists of rice noodles with chopped vegetables, chicken and shrimp. Ingredients of Pancit w Shrimps and Chicken

  1. You need of Miki Pancit noodles.
  2. You need of Shrimps deshelled marinate in Lemon Juice, garlic powder and pepper.Cover and put in fridge.

Shrimp and Chicken Pancit Canton is one of my favorite Filipino stir fried flour sticks version. I love the combination of pancit canton and shrimp, and the addition of shredded chicken elevates the dish to next level of yumminess. The variety of vegetables are just icing on the cake, so to speak. Add the chicken breasts and thighs to a large pot.

  1. In hot wok or pan with hot sesame oil sprinkle garlic powder and sauté shrimps until shrimps turn color. Then set aside.
  2. Then stir fry and toss garlic, onions, celery, peppers, and Chicken add a little pancit sauce then add the carrots, baby corn and snap peas.Stir fry and toss.
