  1. It's 1 cup of Rice.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Soaked beans.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of Sweet corn.

  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Green capsicum.

  16. It's 1/2 tsp of Oregano.
  17. You need 1/2 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  18. It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  19. It's to taste of Salt.
  20. Prepare 2-3 tsp of Olive oil as required.

Mexican Rice indian tadka instructions

  1. Heat the kadhai, add garlic, ginger, onion saute it.
  2. Add washed Basmati rice and saute it.
  3. Saute the rice properly.
  4. Add dry spices haldi, dhaniya mircha, oregano, chilli, salt,.
  5. Saute it properly.
  6. Add vegetables, corn, capsicum, sweet corn, beans, green coriander, peas, green chilli.
  7. Cook it for 10 min properly at high flame.
  8. Add water.
  9. Now cook it for 15 min at low flame, close the lid.
  10. After 15 min.
  11. Ready to eat, add coriander.
